About Beyond the Waterfront

Beyond the Waterfront grew out of my love for Southwest Florida and the many years I’ve spent living here, exploring it, watching it change, and appreciating what makes each part of the area unique.

I’ve lived in Southwest Florida for more than 45 years, and over time I realized how much I enjoy sharing the places, stories, lifestyle, local changes, and little things that make this area feel like home. Real estate is certainly part of my world, but Beyond the Waterfront has become a way for me to share much more than that.

Whether you live here, spend part of the year here, visit often, or are simply curious about Southwest Florida, my hope is to give you a more personal look at the area through local insight, useful information, places worth knowing, and the perspective that comes from genuinely loving where you live.
